SkillsCard is an app to allow professionals to have their practical skills evaluated by expert peer review and, in doing so, be able to prove their skills to 3rd parties. Users can evaluate themselves on their skills, ask evaluators to evaluate them, and calculate relevant expert peer reviewed evaluation scores for proving their demonstrated skills.
